Our Suppliers
We source our in-season lobster from licensed harvesters and third-party dealers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and the Magdalen Islands. This approach ensures a steady supply of premium-quality lobster year-round, allowing us to meet growing domestic and international demand.
